Hometown Manor Assisted Living Communities has three locations serving the central Kentucky area. Located in the communities of Georgetown, Lawrenceburg and Shelbyville since 1998, HTM is certified to operate by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. HTM is also a member of the Kentucky Assisted Living Facilities Association (KALFA), which is dedicated to representing assisted living communities throughout the state of Kentucky. HTM offers a home-like living experience for seniors. Each location has only 11 living units, which gives each client an opportunity to know the people around them and enjoy being in a safe place, day and night. HTM promotes client independence, but because of our small community size, we can assist with activities of daily living (ADL) without charging the client additional fees. Help with ADL can involve bathing, transferring, medication reminders and continence assistance.
